5. Buying Watches

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the watches we sell. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges, which will be added to your total invoice amount.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.

6. Selling and Trading Watches

  • Evaluation: Watches submitted for sale or trade will be evaluated by our experts. We reserve the right to refuse any watch for any reason.

  • Offers: Offers made for your watch are valid for a limited time as specified in the offer. If you accept our offer, you agree to transfer ownership of the watch to us.

  • Payment: Payment for watches sold to us will be made via the method agreed upon during the transaction process.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Watches may be returned within 24 hours of delivery or in-person pickup for a refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. If a watch is returned in a condition different from how it was received, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Inbound and outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If the return is due to an error or misrepresentation on the part of Solana Watches, no restocking fee or shipping charges will apply.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned watch. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

8. Warranty and Repairs

  • Warranty: All watches sold by Solana Watches are sold as-is, without any express or implied warranty from Solana Watches. We do not offer warranties on pre-owned or new timepieces. However, if a watch is still covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty at the time of sale, the buyer may be eligible to make a claim through the manufacturer, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Solana Watches is not responsible for the outcome of any warranty claims submitted to the manufacturer.

  • Repairs: We offer repair services for watches purchased from us. Please contact our customer service for more details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
