All watches are sold as-is, with no warranty provided by Solana Watches. If a watch still has an active manufacturer’s warranty, that coverage remains in place—but that’s it from our end. We carefully inspect each timepiece to ensure it meets our standards, so you can buy with confidence knowing what you’re getting.

Watches may be returned within 24 hours of delivery or in-person pickup for a refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. If a watch is returned in a condition different from how it was received, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Inbound and outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
If the return is due to an error or misrepresentation on the part of Solana Watches, no restocking fee or shipping charges will apply.
