How does the layaway program work?
Once you choose a watch, you’ll place a non-refundable deposit to reserve it. The remaining balance is then paid in installments over an agreed period. Once the final payment clears, we ship the watch to you fully insured.
Is there any interest or financing fee?
No. Our layaway program is interest-free. You pay only the agreed watch price, broken into manageable payments.
How long do I have to complete the payments?
We offer flexible terms based on the individual watch and your needs—typically up to 90 days. Custom timelines can be arranged upon request.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Please notify us if you anticipate a delay. A missed payment may result in cancellation of the layaway and forfeiture of your deposit.
Can someone else buy the watch while I’m still paying?
Solana Watches reserves the right to sell the watch during your layaway period. In that case, we will provide the same watch in equal or better condition for the same price within 14 days of your final payment. If we cannot, you’ll receive a full refund.
Can I cancel a layaway purchase?
Layaway purchases are final and non-cancellable. The deposit is non-refundable, and all payments made toward the balance are non-refundable unless Solana Watches is unable to deliver the watch as agreed. This policy ensures fairness and integrity in reserving high-demand timepieces for serious buyers.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes. A short Layaway Agreement will be signed electronically or in person before we begin, outlining the terms for both parties.
When do I receive the watch?
Once your final payment has cleared, your watch will be shipped within 2 business days, provided the originally reserved piece is still available. If it has been sold during your layaway period, we will source the same model in equal or better condition at the same price within 14 calendar days. If we’re unable to do so, you will receive a full refund.
