Welcome to Solana Watches. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

• "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to Solana Watches.
• "You," "Your": Refers to the user or customer of our website and services.
• "Website": Refers to www.solanawatches.com.
• "Services": Refers to the buying, selling, and trading of new and used watches.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of our website, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Buying Watches

• Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the watches we sell. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges, which will be added to your total invoice amount.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.

6. Selling and Trading Watches

• Evaluation: Watches submitted for sale or trade will be evaluated by our experts. We reserve the right to refuse any watch for any reason.
• Offers: Offers made for your watch are valid for a limited time as specified in the offer. If you accept our offer, you agree to transfer ownership of the watch to us.
• Payment: Payment for watches sold to us will be made via the method agreed upon during the transaction process.

7. Returns and Refunds

All watch sales are considered final unless a return is initiated within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp recorded by the shipping carrier or within 24 hours of pickup from a FedEx location. To qualify for a return, the buyer must notify Solana Watches within this 24-hour window, and the watch must be scanned into the carrier's possession using our provided label within one business day of approval. 

To be eligible for a full or partial refund, the watch must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Any watch that has been worn, resized, altered, modified, damaged, scratched, dented, or returned with missing components or accessories may be subject to additional deductions from the refund.

Restocking Fees & Conditions

Standard Inventory: Returns of watches from our standard inventory are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If a standard inventory watch is returned in a condition different from how it was received, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Client-Sourced Pieces: Watches sourced specifically at the request of a client are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned in the same condition as received. If a client-sourced watch is returned in a condition different from how it was received, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

Logistics & Shipping

For approved returns, Solana Watches will provide a fully insured FedEx return shipping label. Customers must use the provided label and follow the return shipping instructions provided by Solana Watches. Original outbound shipping charges and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Claims, Errors, & Verification

Any claim that a watch was incorrect, not as described, damaged in transit, or that inaccurate information was provided must be reported within the 24-hour return period and is subject to verification by Solana Watches. If Solana Watches is found to be at fault or made an error in the transaction, the customer will not be responsible for restocking fees or shipping costs.

Solana Watches reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a return qualifies for a waiver of restocking fees or shipping charges. 

To verify the condition of each watch at the time of shipment, Solana Watches may document watches with photographs and/or video prior to shipment.

8. Warranty and Repairs

• Warranty: All watches sold by Solana Watches are sold as-is, without any express or implied warranty from Solana Watches. We do not offer warranties on pre-owned or new timepieces. However, if a watch is still covered under the original manufacturer's warranty at the time of sale, the buyer may be eligible to make a claim through the manufacturer, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Solana Watches is not responsible for the outcome of any warranty claims submitted to the manufacturer.
• Repairs: We offer repair services for watches purchased from us. Please contact our customer service for more details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
